A new Canon T1i camera recently became mine, and I couldn't be more excited. As with anything new, there is a learning curve. Needless to say, I am still trying to figure out all the settings and playing around with different techniques. While far from mastering my new camera, I am loving it. Here are a few of my recent pictures (unedited). I do have some good looking kids which helps matters.
I will say 15 megapixels is way better than 8. :)

3 Months
Although a little late because of the busy weeks of the fireworks stand, here is Owen's three month picture.
- He has mastered rolling over from front to back and is close to rolling over from back to front.
- Is really ticklish and has the most adorable laugh.
- He is fine tuning the skill of grabbing things.
- Loves having his big sister "read" him books.
Fireworks
God always provides for our needs. While I wouldn't choose to be in the financial situation we are in and have been in the past few years, I have seen God's hand in so many different ways because of our lack of funds. When He promises He will take care of us, I can tell you through experience that He will. I know God always keeps His promises, but it has been, and will continue to be, a learning experience on my part to trust in His promises. So in light of this, I wanted to share with you yet another one of God's provisions.
This summer Joe and I had the opportunity to run a fireworks stand. It was such a blessing to be able to earn a bit of money this summer without sacrificing all of Joe's time off. Basically, in two weeks we can make what one person would at a summer job. That's not to say it was easy. Nope, it was a brutal two weeks, but it's over and I am thankful.

My hardworking man. And yes, He really did work his keister off. |
Oh the Frosty Mug Of Beer... Can't tell you if it's actually a good firework, but it looks cool. |
